Job Location: Baner-Balewadi, Pune Salary: 20,000 to 30,000/ Month Experience: min. 2 - 3 Yrs (Salary increments will be considered based on performance and successful project execution.) Role Overview As a Digital Marketing Executive at CCW Pune Coworking Space, you will be the key person responsible for executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns with a focus on SEO and social media marketing. You'll work closely with our internal marketing team to achieve specific objectives such as website building, improving search engine rankings, boosting social media presence, generating leads, and driving digital sales . This role requires a strategic mindset, creative thinking, and a results-driven approach. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on SEO and social media platforms Research, plan, ideate, and execute strategies to deliver measurable results on a monthly basis Manage and optimise SEO efforts, including keyword research, content optimisation, and technical SEO implementation Create and manage engaging social media content across various platforms to drive audience engagement and brand awareness Build and manage websites or landing pages aligned with digital marketing goals and client objectives Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective marketing strategies Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital strategies with client business goals Qualifications & Requirements At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and social media marketing Demonstrated success in generating leads through SEO strategies and social media campaigns In-depth understanding of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, and paid social media advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Solid grasp of how digital marketing aligns with broader business goals and drives overall growth Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas to clients and team members Proven ability to create compelling content and engaging copy for various digital platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed marketing decisions Experience in website building and management , ensuring functionality, user experience, and alignment with marketing goals Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred) Show more Show less
