Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong passion for driving brand awareness and customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor search engine rankings. Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media accounts, curate content, and analyze performance metrics. Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
