Digital Marketing Executive

Role Summary: The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The role involves creating content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.). Manage daily operations of social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and queries. Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote services, events, and initiatives. Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend new strategies for growth. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions). Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads (if applicable). Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms. Stay updated with competitors’ activities and industry trends. Assist in planning and executing online events, webinars, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and ad platforms. Creative thinking with excellent copywriting and communication skills. Ability to work with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Work Conditions:Full-time position with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend campaigns. Hybrid/On-site depending on company policy.
