Company Overview: DBMCI- Academics is a Kerala licensed unit of DBMCI, the number 1 PG Medical Coaching Institute of India. With close to 5 centres in Kerala across key cities, we run face to face coaching, Satellite coaching and online classed for students preparing for NEET PG.

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that promote our company’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and be able to lead digital campaigns from concept to execution

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
Manage and maintain the company’s website and optimize content for SEO and user experience.
Create engaging content for social media platforms and track performance analytics.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
Manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing or similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation.
