Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.). Manage daily operations of social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and queries. Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote services, events, and initiatives. Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend new strategies for growth. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions). Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads (if applicable). Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms. Stay updated with competitors’ activities and industry trends. Assist in planning and executing online events, webinars, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and ad platforms. Creative thinking with excellent copywriting and communication skills. Ability to work with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Work Conditions:Full-time position with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend campaigns. Role Summary:The Ward Helper is responsible for assisting staff and Doctors and ensuring basic patient care, cleanliness, and smooth ward operations. The role requires compassion, discipline, and dedication to support both patients and medical staff. Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility. Support nursing staff in maintaining hygiene and safety in the ward. Transport patients within the hospital/center (e.g., from ward to diagnostic departments). Change bed sheets, clean patient areas, and maintain overall ward cleanliness. Ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste as per Clinic guidelines. Carry and deliver medical supplies, equipment, and patient records as instructed. Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and their families. Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols strictly. Report patient needs and observations to the nursing staff promptly. Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 8th / 10th standard education (preferred). Previous experience as a ward helper/hospital attendant will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of hygiene and patient care. Physically fit to handle lifting and movement of patients. Good communication skills and a caring attitude. Work Conditions:Shift-based duty, including weekends and holidays. Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, and patient handling.
