*Job Summary:* We are seeking a creative and results-driven *Digital Marketing Executive* with proven experience in *branding, promotional campaigns, lead generation, SEO, Reels creation, and YouTube promotion*. The ideal candidate will drive digital strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and grow our online presence across multiple channels. *Key Responsibilities:* * Plan and execute branding and promotional campaigns across digital platforms. * Create and optimize engaging content for *Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and full-length **YouTube videos*. * Manage and grow our presence on *YouTube and Instagram*, including channel optimization, content scheduling, and audience engagement. * Develop performance-driven *lead generation* strategies using organic and paid methods. * Perform *on-page and off-page SEO* to increase website traffic and improve search rankings. * Launch and manage *email marketing*, landing pages, and conversion funnels. * Manage *PPC campaigns* (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for awareness and lead generation. * Work with design and content teams to maintain consistent brand messaging. * Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like *Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, SEMrush, etc.* * Stay updated with digital trends, especially in *short-form video content* and social media algorithms. *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. * Experience with *Reels and YouTube content strategy, promotion, and optimization*. * Proficient in *SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media advertising*, and lead generation techniques. * Familiar with tools such as *Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, HubSpot, or similar*. * Strong creative skills with an eye for engaging digital content. * Excellent communication and analytical skills.
