We are a fast-growing product-based technology company specializing in Hospital Management Software, Clinical Management Software, and Software Training Programs. Our multi-vertical product suite serves healthcare providers, software companies, and academic institutions. We are now expanding our B2B sales funnel and seeking a digitally savvy marketer who can drive growth, maximize lead quality, and deliver profitable engagements.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Executive capable of owning and accelerating our B2B acquisition pipeline. This role demands a strategic thinker who can execute high-performance digital campaigns, nurture prospects, convert qualified leads, and support our revenue goals with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B lead generation campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, SEO).

Manage and optimize inbound marketing funnels to ensure high-intent, conversion-ready leads.

Build strong rapport with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and align solutions to drive profitable conversions.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to fast-track closures and enhance overall deal velocity.

Create conversion-focused landing pages, ad copies, and digital collaterals that resonate with hospital/clinic owners and enterprise clients.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and create weekly/monthly performance dashboards.

Ensure consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints.

Identify new B2B outreach channels and continuously optimize for ROI-driven outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies

3 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing (internship experience included).

Strong understanding of B2B funnels, lead nurturing, and digital conversion strategies.

Practical experience with:

Google Ads / Meta Ads

SEO fundamentals & keyword research

Email marketing automation

LinkedIn outreach and B2B engagement

Excellent communication, persuasion, and client-handling capabilities.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and implement improvements.

Ability to collaborate with sales teams and support end-to-end client journeys.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with SaaS or software-based products.

Exposure to healthcare, clinic management, or ed-tech markets.

Understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
