Job Description

Job Title Digital Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, and basic video/photo editing.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our online presence, drive targeted campaigns, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should be proficient in paid ads, social media, reels and analytics tools to build strong digital visibility aligned with our brand positioning.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site work and coordinate with contractors, labourers, and vendors.

Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) with defined ROI goals.

Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.

Manage content calendars and schedule posts across digital platforms.

Coordinate content development (images, captions, creatives) with internal teams and vendors.

Analyze campaign metrics, generate insights, and optimize performance.

Monitor and respond to social media engagement.

Conduct competitor and trend analysis to keep strategies relevant.

Handle email marketing and lead follow-up workflows.

Maintain reports of ad spends, conversion data, and campaign summaries.

Assist in managing website content updates and basic technical SEO.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project reporting

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools.

Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business tools.

Basic photography/videography skills for in-house shoots.

Creative eye for storytelling, visual branding, and social trends.

Good communication skills and team collaboration.
