Digital Marketing Executive

We are a leading provider of content creation services for the education sector, offering high-quality learning materials and solutions to institutions, publishers, and ed-tech companies. We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive whose primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and drive business growth through targeted online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns for the education sector, focusing on content creation services.
• Manage SEO & SEM activities to improve website traffic and conversion rates.
• Create and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing copy to maximize lead quality.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality.
• Implement marketing automation and email campaigns to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
• Proven track record of running paid campaigns and delivering high-quality leads.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
• Experience in the education or content creation industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
