Job Description

We re looking for a Digital Marketing Creative Head to build and lead our digital marketing team from scratch.

This role is pivotal in establishing a strong creative foundation and driving brand awareness, customer engagement,

and market growth through innovative digital strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Building & Leadership:

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and digital marketers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing creative culture.

2. Creative Strategy Development:

  • Define the brand s creative vision and execute strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap for short- and long-term success.

3. Content Creation & Campaign Executio

  • Oversee the development of engaging content for social media, email, website, and paid ads.
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand presence.

4. Analytics & Optimization:

  • Leverage data insights to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimize for key metrics such as engagement, CTR, and ROI.

5. Innovation & Trends:

  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate our brand in the tech market.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with leadership to align creative efforts with company goals.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to integrate marketing strategies across the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to build and manage teams from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics to drive creative decisions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
