Guest Ban is a hospitality SaaS company that helps hotels keep guests, staff, and communities safer while streamlining front desk operations. We combine ID scanning, a shared Do Not Rent network, and automated criminal and sex offender checks into one workflow that integrates with hotel PMS systems, reducing check in time, chargebacks, and repeat problem guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Email marketing
• Set up and send campaigns (newsletters, product updates, outreach, drip sequences)
• Build and maintain basic email lists and segments
• Track opens, clicks, replies and suggest improvements
• Content and copy
• Draft and polish marketing emails, landing page copy, blog posts, and FAQs
• Repurpose content into social posts, one-pagers, and sales decks
• Keep tone consistent with brand and audience (hotel owners, GMs, etc.)
• Design and marketing materials
• Create simple but clean graphics for emails, website, social, and PDFs
• Make marketing one-pagers, slide decks, and case-study PDFs
• Basic image editing (cropping, adding text, resizing for web)
• Website and WordPress
• Post and update blog articles in WordPress (formatting, images, internal links, basic on-page SEO)
• Keep key pages updated: features, pricing, “how it works”, etc.
• Coordinate with developer or agency for bigger changes when needed
• Sales support
• Help prepare outreach templates and follow-up sequences
• Build and maintain simple lead lists (from events, LinkedIn, website forms)
• Put together simple reports on campaign performance for the founder

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with email tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, meta tags, internal links)
• Familiarity with Canva, or Adobe tools for graphics
• Comfortable writing in clear, simple English for a US audience
• Prior SaaS, hotel, or B2B experience is a plus

Experience level

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or design.

Marketing experience with USA clients.

Salary Expectation
