Job Title: Digital Content & Marketing Specialist Location: Noida (Remote) Experience: 13 Years Job Type: Full-Time Department: Marketing About the Role: We are seeking a self-driven and creative Digital Content & Marketing Specialist who can independently own and execute marketing initiatives across content, design, social media, and PR coordination. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role , best suited for someone with strong storytelling instincts, visual design skills, and a research-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation , including writing, designing graphics, editing short videos, and managing digital outreach. Key Responsibilities: Content & Creative Development Create engaging, research-backed content across formats—blogs, social posts, newsletters, web pages, and more. Design custom graphics and visuals using relevant tools. Produce and edit short-form videos and reels for campaigns and social media. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and design across all channels. Digital & Social Media Marketing Strategize and manage content calendars for multiple social media platforms. Handle posting, engagement, and performance tracking across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook. Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. PR & Media Outreach Collaborate with PR agencies or independently coordinate press releases, media outreach, and influencer collaborations. Maintain and expand media and influencer contact lists. Marketing Research & Analytics Conduct competitive and audience research to inform content strategy. Use relevant tools to monitor and optimize performance. Requirements: 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, and PR coordination. Proven ability to write, design, and produce high-quality content independently. Strong experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro (or equivalents). Hands-on experience managing and growing social media channels. Familiarity with PR workflows and media outreach strategies. Strong attention to detail, creative flair, and a self-starter attitude. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field (Preferred).
