The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and a deep understanding of key elements in US staffing, including visa classifications, compliance, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients. Negotiate contracts, pay rates, and employment terms. Manage and update candidate databases. Work closely with sales and account management teams to meet client needs. Stay updated on industry trends, visa requirements, and compliance regulations. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies in the recruitment process. Requirements & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in bench sales or IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.). Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
