The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, driving lead generation, optimizing ad spend, and increasing ROI.Key Responsibilities :Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on:Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)LinkedIn AdsOther DSP PlatformsDefine audience targeting strategies, campaign objectives, and A/B testsMonitor campaign performance using platforms and tools like:Google ADS, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,Google AnalyticsOptimize CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS based on ongoing analysisTrack, report, and present campaign performance to clients or internal teamsStay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practicesCollaborate with design/content teams to create ad creatives and landing pagesRequired Skills & Qualifications :0–4 years experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)Google Ads Certification (preferred)Meta Certification (optional but a plus)Strong understanding of funnel marketing, lead generation, and re-marketingExcellent analytical and Excel/Sheets reporting skillsAbility to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsApply at: saroj@omrimedia.com
