Job Description

SFS School, Narengi is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The role requires expertise in SEO, social media management, digital campaigns, and content creation, with the ability to build strong online presence and engagement for the school. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical skills to design, implement, and optimize strategies aligned with the school’s vision and communication goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and digital ad campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, WordPress, and web publishing; graphic design and video editing experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with school objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for the school’s website and social media platforms.
  • Build on-page and off-page SEO to enhance digital visibility
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI.
  • Coordinate with school staff to collect and share updates about events and activities.
  • Support website updates, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Brainstorm innovative strategies to boost engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor analytics to evaluate digital marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Salary:

Up to Rs. 26,000 CTC per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
