Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: Up to 25 K

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with Digital Vendors:

  • Act as the single point of contact between the company and external vendors for SEO, Social Media, Website Development, and CRM services.
  • Schedule regular meetings with vendors to discuss tasks, performance, and improvements.
  • Collect internal feedback from management and ensure it is clearly communicated to the respective vendors.
  • Take necessary approvals from the management before implementing any campaign or content changes.
  • Ensure timely execution of all tasks by following up with vendors and confirming closure.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Coordinate with the SEO vendor for monthly planning, keyword strategy, backlinking, and ranking improvements.
  • Review SEO reports and share insights with the management.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Work with the social media agency/vendor for calendar planning, creative approval, campaign launches, and lead generation.
  • Ensure brand consistency and timely posting as per the approved plan.
  • Website Coordination & Maintenance:
  • Communicate updates, changes, and feedback to the website developer.
  • Ensure the website remains up-to-date with product info, banners, and UI improvements.
  • CRM Oversight:
  • Monitor CRM functionality and coordinate with the vendor for any data updates, workflow changes, or system enhancements.
  • Support team training and issue resolution through vendor liaison.
  • Internal Communication & Approvals:
  • Gather feedback and suggestions from management regarding digital activities.
  • Ensure all creatives, campaigns, and messaging are approved before implementation.
  • Maintain records of all approvals and vendor communications for tracking.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Collect and review monthly reports from vendors on SEO, website traffic, campaign performance, and lead conversions.
  • Share concise performance summaries with the management and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Comm., IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, etc.
  • Creative thinker with excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
