Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

UX and Conversion Optimisation

  • Identify user experience improvement opportunities on the client’s websites and portals
  • Build and execute CRO roadmaps aimed at boosting membership sign-ups and digital product uptake
  • Work closely with the client’s campaign managers to support optimised content deployment

  • Digital Channel and Campaign Support

    • Advise client teams on how to best use web platforms for content, campaigns and user journeys
    • Ensure website content remains up to date and aligns with strategic objectives
    • Support the tracking and optimisation of traffic to campaign pages

  • Analytics and Insight

    • Manage GA4, GTM and Hotjar configurations to monitor user behavior and engagement
    • Produce actionable monthly reports outlining digital channel performance
    • Translate analytics into insights to support product, marketing and service improvements

  • Training and Governance

    • Deliver internal upskilling sessions on tools like GA4, SEMRush and Hotjar
    • Ensure client-side compliance with GDPR, cookie policy and accessibility standards
    • Promote a culture of continuous digital improvement and data-led decision-making

  • Required Skills

    • Digital performance analysis and reporting (GA4)

    • Campaign page planning and coordination
    • Setting up tracking parameters (UTMs, events)
    • Internal training on tools (Hotjar, GA4, SEMRush)
    • Insight reporting to support marketing and product teams
