About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Digital Marketing Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and selling a wide range of digital marketing services such as Google Ads , SEO , PPC , branding , and social media marketing . This role blends consultative sales and digital marketing expertise to offer customized marketing solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Promote and sell digital marketing services including: Google Ads / AdWords PPC Campaign Management SEO & SEM Services Social Media Marketing (SMM) Branding & Online Reputation Management Understand client requirements and propose tailored marketing solutions. Create compelling sales proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status. Work closely with digital marketing and technical teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations. Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, competitor offerings, and market changes. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Required Skills:Sales Skills: Strong business development and lead generation abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing techniques. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead to deal closure. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Good understanding of Google Ads / Google AdWords Hands-on knowledge of PPC Campaigns and paid advertising strategies Familiar with SEO, SEM, and digital branding Awareness of digital campaign KPIs, ROI metrics, and analytics tools Ability to confidently explain digital marketing concepts to non-marketing clients Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in business development or sales in a digital marketing company/agency. Experience working in a target-driven environment with measurable results.
