Digital Marketing Business Development Executive

The role of a Business Development Manager (BDM) in this organization focuses on selling Realtor Guide customized subscription packages to real estate Property Developers/Real Estate Agents to contribute to the overall revenue. As a BDM, your key responsibilities will include assessing clients" business requirements to sell online property advertisements/branding solutions, designing email campaigns to promote new products/projects, managing existing key/enterprise accounts, and establishing strategic relationships with stakeholders across various functions like marketing, design, and SEO. Your main objectives will be achieving sales targets/acquisitions through both new client acquisition and growth within the existing client base in the assigned territory. This will involve making proposals and presentations to clients highlighting their visibility in the online space, ensuring committed deliveries and campaign focus on renewals, and delivering presentations to clients for active campaigns. You will also be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships, providing continuous feedback to improve the product, and collaborating with different teams within the organization to ensure high-quality digital deliveries. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and active listening skills, strong convincing abilities, and preferably have prior internship or work experience in telesales/business development. Candidates with an MBA or PGDM in Marketing from the 2024 batch will be given preference. This is a full-time, permanent position in the Sales & Business Development department of an Internet industry company.
