Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Job Overview : We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products/services. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities : Digital Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. SEO & SEM : Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and oversee PPC campaigns to improve visibility and search rankings. Content Strategy & Development : Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize engaging, high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. Social Media Marketing : Develop and execute social media marketing strategies. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Email Marketing : Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows to nurture leads and retain customers. Analytics & Reporting : Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts. Market Research : Stay up to date with industry trends, new digital marketing technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage. Collaborate Across Teams : Work with product, sales, and design teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree/certification/dilpoma in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience (1-5 years) in digital marketing or a related role Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Solid knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Desirable Skills : Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) Experience in video marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing Graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Why Join Us?
