Role Overview

We are seeking a high-potential Digital Marketing Assistant to provide end-to-end executional support across our performance marketing ecosystem. The role is designed to offload daily operational tasks so the Digital Marketing Specialist can focus exclusively on strategic planning, high-level optimization, and growth-led decision-making.

This position is ideal for ambitious freshers who want hands-on exposure, structured learning, and rapid upskilling in advanced digital marketing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution & Daily Operations

• Deploy, monitor, and update ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels based on strategic directives.
• Perform ongoing operational tasks such as keyword updates, bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative rotation.
• Ensure accurate and timely implementation of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and basic attribution setups.

2. Data Management & Reporting Enablement

• Execute daily data compilation, campaign log updates, and KPI dashboards based on defined templates.
• Coordinate weekly performance snapshots for leadership review.
• Maintain structured databases for ads, creatives, keywords, and analytics datasets.

3. Creative & Content Coordination

• Assist in drafting ad copies, basic creative briefs, and asset requirement sheets.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely delivery of banners, reels, static creatives, and ad variations.
• Support A/B test documentation and creative version control.

4. Platform & Integration Support

• Handle basic configurations in Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, domain verification, and tracking updates under guidance.
• Assist in landing page checks, form testing, and funnel QA.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work jointly with internal teams on executional items such as content scheduling, data entry, and performance updates.
• Participate in structured training sessions, knowledge-transfer workshops, and on-site reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers or early-career professionals with strong executional discipline.
• High learning agility, analytical mindset, and a performance-driven attitude.
• Comfortable operating in a remote setup with mandatory on-site review meetings.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts preferred; full training will be provided.
