Digital Marketing and BDE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing and Business Development Executive to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and develop strategic business relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, along with strong business acumen to explore new market opportunities and partnerships.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and other key performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
• Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters in coordination with the creative team.
• Optimize digital campaigns to improve performance, reach, and ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups to generate leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or business development.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

• Experience in IT services, healthcare tech, or SaaS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,477.47 - ₹34,006.78 per month
