We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing and Business Development Executive to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and develop strategic business relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, along with strong business acumen to explore new market opportunities and partnerships. Digital Marketing : Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and other key performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights. Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters in coordination with the creative team. Optimize digital campaigns to improve performance, reach, and ROI. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online and offline channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition. Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups to generate leads. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or business development. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred : Experience in IT services, healthcare tech, or SaaS platforms.
