About Company:

Blend Media Digital is a global digital marketing agency helping brands grow through creative strategy, performance marketing, and data-driven storytelling. We work extensively with clients in Australia and other international markets to deliver measurable marketing outcomes. We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager who can manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and also support new business growth through lead generation and presentations.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Act as the main point of contact for international clients (primarily Australia).

·      Build strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing projects.

·      Identify and recommend additional marketing or creative services to existing clients.

·      Present new strategies or campaign opportunities that align with client goals.

·      Run and optimize paid lead generation campaigns targeted at the Australian market.

·      Qualify leads, understand their business needs, and present tailored digital marketing solutions.

·      Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.

·      Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, performance marketing, design, content, etc.) to ensure deliverables meet quality and timelines.

·      Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients and management.

·      Track and analyze campaign results, prepare reports, and share actionable insights.

·      Maintain accurate documentation of client communication and campaign performance.


Requirements:

·      2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).

·      Strong knowledge of digital performance channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

·      Proven experience managing or coordinating campaigns for international clients (preferred).

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

·      Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
