Position: Digital Marketer Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Employment: Full-time   Job Description – Digital Marketer (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads & Team Management) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketer to manage SEO, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and lead a digital marketing team. The candidate should be strategic, analytical, and capable of running end-to-end digital campaigns to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities ·      Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness. ·      Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic rankings. ·      Manage campaign budgets, track KPIs, and optimize for maximum ROI. ·      Lead and mentor a team of digital executives, designers, and content creators. ·      Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights. ·      Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools. ·      Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.   Requirements ·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. ·      2–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (SEO + Paid Ads). ·      Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools. ·      Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.). ·      Prior experience in team leadership and management. ·      Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. ·      Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) ·      Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO. ·      Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools. ·      Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms.
