Job Title:
Role Objective
Own Nutrialgos full-funnel digital growth across B2C/D2C (website, marketplaces) and B2B (distributors, brands, feed/nutra buyers) for India, GCC, EU/UK, and US. Plan, launch, optimize, and report performance campaigns; produce on-brand content; and build always-on automation that lowers CAC, lifts LTV/retention, and contributes qualified MQL/SQL pipeline for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Acquisition
- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta, Google (Search/Performance Max/YouTube), LinkedIn (B2B), and Amazon/Marketplace Ads; test creatives, audiences, and bids to improve ROAS/MER.
- Structure accounts by geo/market (India, GCC, EU/UK, US) with correct currency, attribution windows, and time-zone settings.
- Own tracking & attribution: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel + CAPI, Google Ads conversion tags, UTM governance, and clean dashboards.
Content & Brand
- Ship a consistent content calendar: reels, carousels, shorts, testimonials/UGC, founder POV, case studies, whitepapers, and email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
- Write sharp, compliant copy for ads, landing pages, PDPs, brochures, email flows, and sales enablement (distributor kits, product one-pagers, decks).
- Coordinate with designers/creators; maintain brand guidelines and asset library.
B2B Growth
- Build LinkedIn campaigns (lead gen forms, InMail, thought leadership).
- Create lead magnets (industry guides, spec sheets), webinar/event promos, and sample request funnels; route MQLs SQLs in CRM with lead scoring, SLAs, and handoffs.
Lifecycle & Automation
- Own WhatsApp Business API journeys (opt-in, cart recovery, sample follow-ups), email flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back), and SMS where compliant.
- Improve retention and repeat rate via offers, segmentation, and A/B testing.
SEO & Organic
- Drive SEO (technical + on-page + content), track keyword ranks and organic traffic; publish long-form blogs and knowledge content.
- Manage social presence (Instagram, YouTube/Shorts, LinkedIn) with a measurable cadence.
Marketplace & CRO
- Optimize Amazon/Flipkart/Noon listings, A+ content, keywords, reviews, pricing, and TACoS; coordinate with Ops for stock/returns.
- Build/test landing pages (Shopify/WordPress/Webflow/No-code) for speed, clarity, and conversion; run structured CRO experiments.
Compliance, Safety & Reputation
- Adhere to FSSAI/ASCI and international ad-policy norms; avoid unsubstantiated health claims; manage disclaimers.
- Respect GDPR/CAN-SPAM/TCPA/TRAI; manage cookie consent.
- Monitor and respond to reviews/mentions; escalate product complaints/adverse events.
Reporting
- Weekly scorecard: CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV/CAC, retention, CPA/MQL, SQLs, marketplace sales, TACoS, SEO growth, creative winners, test learnings, and next actions.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years hands-on in performance + content for D2C and either B2B lead gen or marketplaces. (We’re open to Senior at 4–6 yrs; title/comp will align.)
- Channels: Proven execution on Meta, Google, LinkedIn (for B2B), and at least one marketplace ad platform (Amazon/Flipkart/Noon).
- Analytics & Tracking: Confident with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, conversion tagging, UTM standards, and building actionable dashboards.
- Copy & Content: Portfolio showing ad copy, landing/PDP copy, reels/carousels, and at least one B2B asset (case study/one-pager/whitepaper).
- Lifecycle: Practical experience with email + WhatsApp automation (Klaviyo/Mailchimp/Zoho Campaigns, Interakt/Gupshup/Twilio or similar).
- SEO Basics: Keyword research, on-page optimization, and content briefs; familiarity with Search Console and a tool (Ahrefs/SEMrush/SearchAtlas).
- Tools: Canva (or Figma basics), short-form video editing (CapCut/Premiere basics), spreadsheets; Shopify/WordPress landing page building.
- Compliance Mindset: Comfortable working within claims and ad policies for nutraceutical/food/feed; understands GDPR/CAN-SPAM/TRAI basics.
- Communication: Strong English; Tamil for local coordination; clear documentation and cross-team collaboration.
Good to Have
- Amazon A+ content experience; Brand Registry workflows.
- Experience targeting GCC/EU/US audiences and localization (copy, units, currency).
- CRM exposure (Zoho preferred): building lead views, MQL scoring, and Sales Marketing feedback loops.
- Basic HTML/CSS for quick landing edits.
