Job Title: Social Media Manager/Executive Location: Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a data-driven and creative Social Media & Paid Ads Manager to lead our social media presence and digital advertising efforts. This role combines organic content strategy with paid campaign execution across platforms like Facebook, Instagram (Meta Ads), and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and performance marketer. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: · Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility. · Create and schedule compelling content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, short videos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). · Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and building community. · Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually engaging social media assets. · Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage the content calendar. Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads): · Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for traffic, engagement, and lead generation. · Plan, launch, and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) aimed at generating high-quality leads. · Perform A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and targeting to improve ad performance and reduce cost per lead. · Set up and track conversion events using Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager. Lead Generation: · Develop and manage lead generation funnels, landing pages, and ad campaigns. · Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and tracking. · Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. · Optimize lead magnets (eBooks, webinars, offers) to capture emails and phone numbers. · Analyze data and adjust strategies to improve lead volume and quality. Requirements: · 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing and paid advertising. · Proven track record in lead generation through digital channels. · Proficiency in Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and Google Ads. · Experience with conversion tracking, Facebook Pixel, UTM links, and Google Analytics. · Strong writing and communication skills with a focus on persuasive copy. · Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing tools. · Ability to interpret analytics and campaign performance reports. · Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
