Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing (SMM)
- Develop and manage organic and paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create, publish, and schedule high-impact content—graphics, video, carousel posts.
- Grow and engage our digital communities; monitor feedback and conversations.
- Monitor KPI performance using analytics tools and report insights for continuous improvement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking structures to improve SERP rankings.
- Drive off-page SEO through link-building and outreach strategies.
- Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and generate SEO reports.
Paid Advertising (SEM / PPC)
- Strategize, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, etc.
- Perform in-depth keyword research; design and test high-converting ad copies and creatives.
- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI and meet KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
- Coordinate with design and web teams to refine landing pages and implement effective tracking (UTM, pixels, Tag Manager).
Analytics & Reporting
- Measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
- Conduct A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and CRO practices to improve conversions.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with content creators, designers, developers, and product teams to maintain brand consistency across channels.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to refine and innovate strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, with specific focus on SMM, SEO, and Paid Media.
- Strong technical knowledge of tools: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Tag Manager.
- Proven track record in executing successful organic and paid campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into business insights and improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and project management ability.
