🎯 What You’ll Do :
📊 Plan & manage paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn, etc.
🔍 Analyze campaign data to improve ROAS & lower CPA
🧪 Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences & landing pages
🎨 Work with designers on scroll-stopping creatives
🧷 Set up & manage tracking (GA4, GTM, FB Pixel, etc.)
📈 Report weekly/monthly on key performance metrics
🗝️ Do keyword research & precise audience targeting
📡 Stay ahead with trends & algorithm updates
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
📅1 year of experience in performance/digital marketing
🛠️ Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta BM & analytics tools
🧠 Strong grasp of funnels, tracking & attribution
💥 Performance Marketing
📢 Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
🖥️ Google Ads & Display
🎯 Campaign Management
⚙️ CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
📉 Google Analytics, GTM
