Digital Manager

Client Service and Implementation:

• Act as the Artefact lead client's digital business across MENA
• Align with the Regional and Global teams to ensure alignment of best practices and strategy
• Ensures that client requirements/project briefs are well understood, converted into actionable tasks and delivered in an accurate, timely manner
• Provide regular market updates and insights to ensure the client's digital strategy is aligned with market specifics
• Proactively identify and recommend digital channels, partners and approaches relevant to and develop proposals highlighting expected outcomes.
• Oversee all client digital channels for maximum performance, leveraging channel best practices, AB testing and rigorous process.
• Have strong implementation knowledge of key digital channels (including but not limited to: Search Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic Buying, E- commerce, Performance Marketing
• Manage workload across multiple client stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver to a high quality within set deadlines
• Manage and mentor a digital executive to support the client's business

Skills

• Excellent Account Management skills are required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Strong project management skills, candidate must be comfortable managing requests from multiple stakeholders.
• Client servicing, ensure communication between agency and client is ongoing, proactive and clear.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of Account/project management experience
• Experience in e-commerce or Performance Marketing is essential
• High level of implementational knowledge across digital performance marketing channels (search, social media, programmatic)
• High level of comfort with data analysis and the ability to optimise campaigns based on learnings
• High level of initiative, responsibility and works well remotely
