Digital Experience Lead

Location: Kochi / Bangalore (initially in Kochi)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Digital Experience Lead to take ownership of building and scaling high-quality digitalexperiences across our Mobile and Web platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background inJavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and Mobile technologies (Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android),and should be capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver performant, secure, and user-centricinterfaces.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead architecture, design, and delivery of mobile and web applications Work with React / Angular for Web and Flutter / React Native / Kotlin / Swift for Mobile development Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to build cohesive digital journeys Ensure code quality, security, accessibility, and performance optimization Drive adoption of component libraries, design systems, and shared codebases Contribute to and enforce best practices in CI/CD, testing, and version control (Git) Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, and handle state management (Redux, Bloc, Provider, etc.) Guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and support technical mentorship Stay updated on platform guidelines, browser/mobile compatibility, and emerging tools

Required Skills &Experience

 8+ years of experience in digital application development Strong expertise in React or Angular for Web Hands-on experience with Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles Experience in integrating APIs, working with OAuth2 / SSO, and secure coding practices Familiar with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise) and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Azure) Solid understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative development

Nice To Have

 Experience with Headless CMS (e.g., Strapi, Contentful) Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Zeplin) for working closely with UI/UX teams Exposure to analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase) Understanding of PWA, app store deployment, or CI for mobile apps
