Digital Experience Lead

As a Digital Experience Lead, your role is to take ownership of building and scaling high-quality digital experiences across Mobile and Web platforms. You should have a strong technical background in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and Mobile technologies (Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android). Your responsibilities will include: - Leading architecture, design, and delivery of mobile and web applications - Working with React/Angular for Web and Flutter/React Native/Kotlin/Swift for Mobile development - Collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend teams to build cohesive digital journeys - Ensuring code quality, security, accessibility, and performance optimization - Driving adoption of component libraries, design systems, and shared codebases - Contributing to and enforcing best practices in CI/CD, testing, and version control (Git) - Integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs and handling state management (Redux, Bloc, Provider, etc.) - Guiding junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and supporting technical mentorship - Staying updated on platform guidelines, browser/mobile compatibility, and emerging tools Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in digital application development - Strong expertise in React or Angular for Web - Hands-on experience with Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS - Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles - Experience in integrating APIs, working with OAuth2/SSO, and secure coding practices - Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise) and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Azure) - Solid understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative development Additionally, it would be nice to have experience with Headless CMS (e.g., Strapi, Contentful), knowledge of design tools (Figma, Zeplin) for working closely with UI/UX teams, exposure to analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase), and an understanding of PWA, app store deployment, or CI for mobile apps.,
