Role Summary

This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of content, distribution, and analytics for both:

• CA Vijaykumar Puri’s personal brand
• The Firm’s digital presence and thought leadership (www.vprpca.com)

The objective is to build authority, trust, and inbound demand in a professional services environment.
This is not a posting or execution-only role. Judgment and accountability are core to the job.

Scope of the Role

A. Personal Brand Management

• Newsletter

Content formats

• Short and long-form video
• Carousels
• Static image posts
• Text-based posts
• Newsletter essays and commentary

Key responsibilities

• Convert raw ideas, voice notes, discussions, and outlines into structured content
• Maintain a sharp, calm, authoritative tone
• Ensure consistency without repetition
• Repurpose content intelligently across platforms and formats
• Decide what content builds personal authority vs professional positioning

Generic or influencer-style content is unacceptable.

B. Firm Brand and Thought Leadership

Channels

• Email newsletters
• Blogs and long-form articles
• Website content
• Select social amplification where relevant

Content focus

• Educational and explanatory content
• Regulatory and technical insights
• Case-based learning and firm perspectives
• Service positioning and credibility-building content

Key responsibilities

• Position the firm as premium, thoughtful, and trustworthy
• Avoid commodity CA firm content
• Ensure all content supports inbound credibility and lead quality
• Align firm messaging with the personal brand without duplication

C. Content Production and Publishing

• Manage a mixed content stack including video, carousel, image, and text formats
• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and freelancers
• Maintain a structured content calendar while allowing for spontaneity
• Ensure consistency, quality, and publishing discipline across platforms
• Own final quality checks before anything goes live

Volume without thinking is a failure.

D. Analytics and Growth Ownership

This role carries heavy analytics responsibility.

• Track platform performance including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and watch time
• Track newsletter metrics including open rates, CTR, and subscriber growth
• Identify which content attracts serious clients vs low-intent audiences
• Attribute inbound leads to content themes wherever possible
• Present monthly performance insights with clear recommendations

Analytics is used to drive decisions, not reports.

E. Working Model

• Fast feedback cycles and high visibility
• High trust and high accountability
• Minimal micromanagement, strong ownership expectations

Experience and Skill Requirements

• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong writing and editorial judgment
• Comfort working with video, carousel, image, and text formats
• Ability to think strategically and execute independently
• Experience with personal brands or professional services is a strong advantage

Finance expertise is not mandatory.
Respect for intelligence and clarity is mandatory.

What Will Not Work in This Role

• Buzzword-heavy or influencer-style content
• Chasing vanity metrics without business relevance
• Needing constant instruction for routine decisions
• Low ownership or poor follow-through

This is a long-term role with scope to grow into a senior brand or marketing leadership position as the firm and personal brand scale.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
