What would you do?

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.

What are we looking for?

Make day-to-day decisions on ranging that support both sales growth and availability.
Prioritise workloads for eCommerce Administrators.
Decide on merchandising support required for effective new product launches.
Strong understanding of digital ranging and merchandising practices.
Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and exposure to web analytics.
Commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complexity and fast-paced change.
Passionate about e-commerce and aware of current market trends and challenges.
Strategic awareness with an ability to link day-to-day work with broader business goals.
Proactive approach in identifying risks and opportunities without needing predefined structure.
Willingness to take ownership, innovate, and test new ideas.
Adaptive communication style to engage effectively across teams.
Demonstrates personal growth mindset and commitment to ongoing development. Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure timely execution of all ranging activity across grocery and general merchandise categories, managing product setup for 20,000+ SKUs annually.
Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the ranging process.
Collaborate with trading teams to ensure new product launches are delivered successfully.
Partner with supply chain and online operations to enhance product availability and substitution experience.
Work with cross-functional e-Commerce teams to align customer, category, and supplier priorities.
Continuously refine processes to drive sales and efficiency improvements.
Contribute strategic input to stay competitive, including influencing technical development discussions.
Foster an insight-led culture; collaborate with optimisation teams to test, learn, and enhance performance through available tools and data.
Engage with internal product teams and external partners to ensure digital initiatives are well-planned and effectively delivered.
Measure success through KPIs such as sales, availability, substitution rejection rate, bounce rate, conversion, and stakeholder satisfaction.
