Role Overview: We are seeking a Digital Content Executive who can bring our brand to life through visually captivating content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the lens, understands modern content formats, and has a flair for storytelling — especially around themes of travel, adventure, and lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Plan and execute Instagram Reels, behind-the-scenes videos, brand films, and product content. Ideation & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate concepts and bring campaigns to life. Own the visual execution from shoot planning to final edits. Editing & Post-production: Edit videos using tools like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Filmora etc. Enhance audio, add music, and create mood-appropriate sound design. Perform basic photo retouching and color grading. Equipment Handling: Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lights, and iPhones for various shooting needs. Maintain and organize media equipment. On-ground Coverage: Travel for shoots (within city and on-location across India), especially for outdoor events and lifestyle campaigns. Capture raw and authentic content in dynamic, unpredictable settings. Who You Are: A visual storyteller with a passion for content that inspires action and emotion. Proficient in photography, iPhone cinematography, and video editing. Self-starter who can conceptualize and execute ideas independently. Comfortable traveling frequently and capturing content on-the-go. Naturally inclined towards adventure, automotive culture, and travel. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in content creation, photography, or videography. Strong portfolio showcasing your video/photo/editing work (social media content preferred). Proficiency in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, FIlmora etc. Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content formats. Working knowledge of audio enhancement and basic sound mixing. Excellent time management and a creative eye for detail. A two-wheeler or four-wheeler license is a bonus.
