1. Content Creation & Creative Direction

• Develop daily content for all platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and WhatsApp Channels.
• Create high-quality

  videos, reels, stories, graphics, product demos, testimonials

  , and impact-driven content.
• Produce accessible content formats (captions, alt text, voiceovers, etc.).
• Manage brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

2. Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Build monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, CSR events, national holidays, and campaigns (e.g., disability awareness, inclusion).
• Run targeted campaigns to increase awareness of products like

• Analyze trends and competitor strategies to keep Torchit ahead.

3. Community Engagement

• Respond to comments, messages, and queries to build a supportive digital community.
• Engage deeply with the PwD community, influencers, NGOs, CSR leaders, and accessibility advocates.
• Build WhatsApp broadcast groups, micro-communities, and engagement funnels.

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Use analytics tools to track growth, engagement, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Optimize ads, reels, and content based on data and user feedback.

5. Campaigns & Paid Advertising

• Plan and run digital ad campaigns for brand awareness, product promotion, and CSR visibility.
• Work with agencies or freelancers when needed for special campaigns.

6. Video Production & Editing

• Shoot and edit short videos, testimonials, event highlights, and founder messages.
• Create emotional storytelling pieces showcasing Torchit’s impact.

7. Collaboration

• Coordinate with CSR, sales, product, and operations teams to gather stories and highlights.
• Work closely with the founder’s office for special announcements, interviews, and international events.
• Collaborate with NGOs, Rotary Clubs, disability influencers, and government partners for co-branded content.

📌 Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in social media management and content creation.
• Excellent video editing (Reels, YouTube Shorts), graphic design, and copywriting skills.
• Creative storyteller with understanding of accessibility-focused communication.
• Familiarity with tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Meta Business, Google Analytics.
• Ability to run targeted ad campaigns.
• Understanding of disability inclusion is a big plus.

📌 Qualification & Experience

• 2–6 years in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Experience in a startup, NGO, or impact-driven brand preferred.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Design, or related fields.
