1. Customer Segmentation & Campaigns:

A strategic initiative aimed at identifying customer segments to tailor marketing efforts specifically for the monetization of Equity (MTF) and F&O business.

1. Key Insights & Reporting:

A project focused on leveraging data analytics to derive actionable insights that enhance monetization strategies in Equity, F&O & TPP markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth customer segmentation studies to identify distinct groups interested in Equity, F&O, and TPP products.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics related to Equity, F&O, and TPP offerings, providing insights on customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry players to uncover opportunities for growth in the Equity and F&O sectors.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform strategies for product enhancements and new offerings.

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., funnel optimization, CAC, LTV) and customer behavior analytics, particularly for financial products.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and present data insights in a structured, visually compelling manner.
• Knowledge of the stock market or an interest in investing/trading is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Pursuing postgraduate studies in Data Science, statistics, or Computer Science-related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in the monetization of financial products, particularly in Equity and F&O markets.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.
• Eager to learn about customer segmentation, campaign strategies, and data-driven decision-making in the financial sector.
• Python, SQL, Microsoft Power BI tool, REST API, SFTP, Web scrapping, Descriptive Statistics, Basic Machine Learning Models, Analytics, strong logic building.
