Role Overview
Position: Digital Campaign Manager
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute campaigns via email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp using Adobe Campaign Manager and Journey Optimizer.
  • Segment and activate audiences with Adobe Real-Time CDP.
  • Track campaign engagement and report performance.
  • Build customer journeys and personalize interactions.
  • Implement A/B testing for optimization.
Challenges Faced
  • Tight deadlines and multiple campaigns running simultaneously.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution.
Decision-Making Scope
  • Optimize campaigns and scale based on insights.
  • Influence internal content strategies.
  • Manage budgets, retention efforts, and measure campaign success.
Stakeholders
Internal Teams External: Adobe reps, agencies like Mindshare
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: B.E. or MBA
  • Experience: 2–6 years
  • Behavioral Skills: Communication, flexibility, time management
  • Technical Skills: AEP, data integration, tools like Workfront or JIRA, understanding GDPR
