Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Digital Campaign Manager to lead our online marketing campaigns across platforms. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for ROI, cost per lead, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand goals and customer journeys.
• Conduct A/B testing, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate performance reports.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and apply best practices.
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively for maximum impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital campaign management.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and social media advertising.
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking with problem-solving aptitude.
