Job Description

Role Overview: As a Media Analytics Manager at Amgen, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of monthly and ad hoc media performance reports across healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing channel-level and campaign-level metrics to identify key drivers of performance across digital and offline media. Additionally, you will support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) by synthesizing insights and performance trends for brand stakeholders. Collaboration with brand analytics partners, US-based media leads, external agencies, and vendors will be essential to align on campaign data tracking, definitions, and performance narratives. You will also have the opportunity to recommend test-and-learn opportunities to explore new tactics or improve existing ones, act as a quality control owner for campaign data integrity and analytics deliverables, and manage and mentor a team of analysts while contributing to capability-building. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of monthly and ad hoc media performance reports across HCP and consumer marketing initiatives. - Analyze channel-level and campaign-level metrics to identify key drivers of performance across digital and offline media. - Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) by synthesizing insights and performance trends for brand stakeholders. - Collaborate with brand analytics partners to align on KPI goals, benchmarks, and success metrics. - Partner with US-based media leads, external agencies, and vendors to align on campaign data tracking, definitions, and performance narratives. - Recommend test-and-learn opportunities to explore new tactics or improve existing ones. - Act as a quality control owner for campaign data integrity and analytics deliverables. - Manage and mentor a team analysts and contribute to capability-building. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree (or Bachelors with 8-12 years of relevant experience) in Analytics, Marketing Science, or a related field. - Experience in campaign reporting, KPI analysis, and performance storytelling for marketing teams. - Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau or equivalent BI tools. - Good understanding of digital and offline media KPIs across HCP and consumer contexts. - Proven ability to manage deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration independently.
