Digital Analytics Manager

The role of Manager, Digital Analytics at Synchrony involves overseeing the implementation of analytical and marketing technologies on digital platforms to enhance customer experience and optimize business performance. As a part of the India Analytics Hub, you will work with a team of data analysts to provide full stack descriptive to prescriptive analytics solutions using cutting edge technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Implement analytical, marketing technologies, and media tags across Synchrony digital platforms through tag management systems - Independently provide requirements, testing, and validation working with agile teams and cross-functional platforms - Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and documentation in line with Audit Procedures - Mentor and guide team members on tools, processes, and participate in internal activities Required Skills & Knowledge: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or web design for Tagging & Implementation projects - Proficiency in Tag management tools like Ensighten, Tealium, Adobe Launch - Understanding of Digital implementation concepts and ability to translate them into quantitative attributes/metrics - Capability to write and decode advanced JavaScript adhering to industry standards Desired Skills & Knowledge: - 2+ years of analytics experience in the Financial Services Industry - Experience in client-side and server-side tagging - Knowledge of personalization tools and techniques like dynamic yield or BlueConic - Understanding of native app implementations Eligibility Criteria: - BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 2+ years of hands-on Analytics experience - In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in the field - Distance learning qualifications are not considered valid Work Timings: This role offers Enhanced Flexibility and Choice with availability required between 06:00 AM Eastern Time and 11:30 AM Eastern Time. The remaining hours are flexible for the employee to choose, with adjustments twice a year. Exceptions may apply due to business needs.
