Job Description

You are a highly skilled digital analytics professional sought for a hands-on, individual contributor role. Your main focus will be on the deep technical execution of implementing, validating, and maintaining analytics tracking across digital platforms using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch. You thrive in utilizing the tools effectively, managing complex tagging projects independently, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to provide accurate, actionable insights. Having familiarity with Observpoint for automated QA and third-party pixel implementation is considered a strong advantage. Moreover, proficiency in AEP WebSDK is also a prerequisite. Your responsibilities will revolve around implementing and managing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch across websites and mobile applications. You will take ownership of the end-to-end tagging lifecycle, starting from solution design and technical specs to QA, deployment, and validation. Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical tracking necessities will be crucial, and you are expected to deliver them autonomously. Additionally, maintaining and updating Solution Design References (SDRs) and documentation for all implementations is essential to ensure data quality through manual QA and automated testing tools like Observpoint. Troubleshooting third-party pixels for marketing and analytics needs and utilizing debugging tools such as Charles Proxy, browser dev tools, Adobe Debugger, etc., to optimize tag behavior are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you are expected to deliver meaningful insights through tools like Adobe Workspace, Power BI, or Tableau, and stay updated with Adobe platform updates, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and best practices in digital analytics. To be successful in this role, you must possess 9-12 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch, a strong understanding of data layers, tagging strategy, and implementation best practices, and experience in independently managing end-to-end measurement implementations on enterprise-level digital properties. Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML, especially in the context of tag deployment and debugging, is required. You should also be skilled in QA, with exposure to Observpoint or similar validation tools. Strong cross-functional communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, connecting digital data with business KPIs to deliver insights. Experience with data visualization tools like Adobe Workspace, Power BI, or Tableau is also expected. Having familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Target, working knowledge of third-party pixel management, and understanding of privacy compliance and consent management tools are considered advantageous skills for this role.,
