KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 60% Deliver Standard Reports Master and own the monthly deliverables in the form of reports & presentations and send quality output in a timely manner. Undergo trainings (recommended and self-initiated) to stay current on tool capabilities and functional/tactical applications. 10% Continuous Improvement, Executional Excellence, Stakeholder and Project Management Ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) is upheld by understanding process requirements, meeting benchmarks, and setting expectations clearly with stakeholders. Guarantee data quality and accuracy through a detailed understanding of the request, accurate tool usage, and a robust data & logic check. Eliminate waste and contribute to the team's functional productivity goals. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory cannot be altered). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Degree: Bachelor's/Master's degree. Major: Any stream (preferably Business Management, Statistics, Marketing, Retail). Language: Expertise in Korean is mandatory. Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate outputs. Meet or exceed internal/external customer timelines and expectations. Strong command over oral and written English. Experience with stakeholder interaction. MS Office proficiency, especially Excel. Ability to multitask using various tools, databases, software, and platforms.
