About the Role

I’m looking for a creator to manage and grow digital AI-focused media pages across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. The role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, understands viral internet culture, and can turn AI and tech insights into engaging, shareable posts. The creator will be responsible for researching viral trends, planning, and executing a consistent content pipeline of 40–45 posts per month that drive strong reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Research

• Identify viral trends, formats, and conversations in AI, tech, and business.

• Research high-signal insights from industry leaders, creators, and news outlets.

• Develop a content calendar aligned with growth goals (40–45 pieces/month).

• Content Creation & Execution

• Produce platform-specific content (text threads, carousels, short-form videos, memes, reels).

• Repurpose and adapt content across channels while keeping native style intact.

• Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy optimized for virality.

• Publishing & Scheduling

• Manage posting schedule across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Ensure content is timely and aligned with platform algorithms.

• Analytics & Growth

• Track engagement, reach, and follower growth.

• Optimize content formats and strategies based on performance.

• Run small growth experiments (e.g., hashtag testing, collabs, trend-jacking).

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts (preferably AI, tech, or business niche).

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, virality mechanics, and content psychology.

• Ability to create both text-based and video/meme content.

• Copywriting and storytelling skills with a knack for attention-grabbing hooks.

• Video editing and graphic design skills (basic to intermediate).

• Analytical mindset to track metrics and refine strategy.
