Job Descriptions- Digital Advertiser

Position Overview:
Highly data driven and creative Digital Advertiser to plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of paid media channels to generate leads, drive conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to define targeted ad strategies.

· Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing variations to enhance campaign performance.

· Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and overall conversion rate.

· Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

· Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure ads align with brand strategy.

· Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

· Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

· Conduct retargeting campaigns to nurture prospects and improve customer acquisition.

Key Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience with minimum 4 years in digital advertising, PPC, or performance marketing in luxury or premium products with minimum AOV of10,000/-

· Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.

· Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).

· Excellent understanding of SEO/SEM principles and digital funnel strategies.

· Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual communication skills.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
