Digital Ads Manager (Meta & Google Platforms)

Job Type: Full-Time Location: On-Site

Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical and results-oriented Digital Ads Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategies. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and scaling of our advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and a deep understanding of performance marketing principles to drive measurable growth and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage comprehensive paid media campaigns, including Lead Generation, Conversion, and full-funnel Retargeting strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, ad spend, and key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) to implement data-driven optimizations and maximize ROI.
  • Audience & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify new opportunities and refine targeting.
  • Technical Implementation: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand voice.
  • Budget Management: Meticulously manage and allocate advertising budgets to achieve performance targets and ensure efficient spend.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience directly managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing successful lead generation funnels.
  • Strong proficiency in performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and full-funnel attribution.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking methodologies.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid Google Ads Certification or Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
  • Experience managing significant monthly or quarterly advertising budgets.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization tools.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
