Job Description

Overview

The Dialler Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing dialler operations, ensuring efficient outbound calling, data churn, troubleshooting, and integration for new joiners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with dialler tools such as Tata Tele, and Avyukta and must be capable of resolving technical issues for both remote and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end dialler operations for sales and telecalling teams.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain dialler systems (Tele, Data Tele, and Avyukta).
  • Troubleshoot dialler issues in real time for remote and on-site employees.
  • Coordinate with system vendors and internal IT for smooth functioning of diallers.
  • Handle data upload, data churn, and list management on a daily basis.
  • Ensure proper dialler integration and set-up for new joiners.
  • Maintain dialing productivity reports, performance dashboards, and call outcomes.
  • Manage lead allocation, priority settings, and campaign segmentation.
  • Optimize call flow, connect ratio, and agent utilization.
  • Maintain LSQ knowledge and compliance on dialler platforms.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dialler usage and access.
  • Conduct periodic system audits and ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Train team members on dialler usage and basic troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream; technical background preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in dialler management (healthcare/tele-sales preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Tele, Data Tele, and Avyukta dialler systems.
  • Strong understanding of data management, list segmentation, and LSQ.
  • Ability to identify issues quickly and troubleshoot independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
