Job Description

Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce implementations with at least 5 years specializing in Salesforce Data Responsibilities :

Work with business and technical teams to gather data migration requirements and design end-to-end data migration solutions.
Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and cleansing needs; define and drive the data cleansing approach.
Prepare source-to-target data mappings, define migration rules, and establish validation criteria.
Execute data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and perform detailed data validation.
Define, plan, and execute production data migration strategy with minimal downtime and risk.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, scalability, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
Document migration processes, rules, and outcomes for transparency and audit.
Ability to adjust working hours in India to ensure effective collaboration with teams across USA and UK.

Required Skills

Proven expertise in Salesforce data migration, including large-volume and complex data models.
Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, Data Loader, or similar).
Deep knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and APIs.
Ability to lead full-stack migration activities from requirement gathering to production cutover.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional, global teams.

Good to Have: Salesforce Certified Data Architect or Integration Architect.
