Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer with 8.5 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core Java, Hibernate, Web Services, and SQL, and will be instrumental in designing and building scalable backend systems that drive our products and services. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and APIs. Implement robust backend logic using Core Java and ORM via Hibernate. Build and consume RESTful and SOAP web services to support system integration. Write and optimize complex SQL queries; ensure data integrity and performance. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and architectural discussions. Work closely with QA, DevOps, and front-end teams for seamless delivery. Mentor junior team members and contribute to best coding practices. Support deployment, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes. Required Skills 8.5- 13 years of strong development experience in : Core Java : multithreading, collections, exception handling, and OOP. Hibernate/JPA : ORM mapping, lazy/eager loading, and tuning. Web Services : RESTful API development (Spring MVC/Jersey) and SOAP (optional). SQL : complex joins, stored procedures, performance tuning in RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Familiarity with Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data is a plus). Hands-on experience with version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins).
