• Recruitment, Payroll, Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations
  

• Stay up-to-date with all relevant laws, regulations, and permits related to the greenfield project.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and zoning requirements.
• Advise the project team on regulatory matters and potential risks.
  

• Engage with local communities to build trust and address their needs and concerns related to the project.
• Develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives.
• Facilitate public meetings and discussions to gather input and provide project updates.
  

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders.
• Ensure clear and effective communication to address concerns and maintain project support.
  

• Maintain accurate records of all project-related communications, permits, and approvals.
• Prepare regular reports for project management and regulatory agencies as required.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete and accessible for audits or reviews.
